SHIPPING POLICY

KETTŌ currently ships to Canada and select international destinations, including the United States.

PRE-ORDERS

Products purchased during a pre-order period will not ship immediately. Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated on the product page and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer's delivery location and available shipping options.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once inventory is available, orders will be processed and prepared for shipment. Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or other import charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. KETTŌ is not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, or other shipping delays outside of our reasonable control.
