DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos or videos showing the issue so we can review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order purchases are considered final sale. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law will still apply.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used, inflated, trained-on, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered products cannot be returned.
